報告人簡介：

Noam Weisbrod博士是以色列內(nèi)蓋夫本-古里安大學資深教授，雅各布·布勞斯坦沙漠研究所主任（院長），研究方向包括水文地質(zhì)、裂隙介質(zhì)滲流、地下水污染、水資源管理等。2012年擔任中國科學院特聘客座教授，曾參與多個國家和地區(qū)的水資源評價項目，包括智利、內(nèi)蒙古、納米比亞、烏干達、津巴布韋和科隆群島。曾擔任本古里安大學-西北大學水科學合作項目指導委員會成員、“BuiessH2O：美國和以色列的水管理最佳實踐”指導委員會委員，共發(fā)表期刊論文110余篇。

9月18日愛思唯爾出版總監(jiān)Lucía Mu?oz Franco博士主題報告

報告人簡介：

Lucía Mu?oz Franco is Publishing Director at Elsevier with responsibility for a team that manages over 150 journals in Environmental Sciences including flagship journals like Science of the Total Environment, Soil Biology and Biochemistry and Remote Sensing of Environment. Lucía’s group includes some of the largest journals (30,000+ submissions to a single journal per year!) and fastest growing journals (some large journals still see 25%+ growth in submissions per year!) as well as more than 50 newly launched Open Access journals, of which more than 10 are in partnership with Chinese institutes and societies. Lucia has been working with Elsevier since 2007 in various publishing and strategy roles and working with journals in both physical sciences and life sciences. Lucía received her doctorate in Astrophysics from the University of Chicago (USA) and worked as a researcher and a management consultant before joining Elsevier.

報告人簡介：

Ian White，澳大利亞工程院院士，美國地球物理學會Fellow，澳大利亞國立大學環(huán)境與社會學院榮譽教授。長期從事干旱區(qū)水文過程及水資源可持續(xù)利用研究，包括地表水-地下水相互作用，氣候變化對土地利用對旱區(qū)水質(zhì)和水安全的影響，特別對旱區(qū)灌溉條件下土壤鹽漬化過程開展了深入研究。發(fā)表論文300余篇，出版專著3部。
